Hello my name is Phillip Crossland as owner I wanted to give our Customers a quality service that they feel proud of and not feeling it in their budget. After Graduating from Texas Tech. My first job was in a computer store and my experience in that computer store left a bad taste in my mouth.

So I started Faithful Computers based on that taste. I have seen to many Computer Shops take people for their money and not fix the actual problem and then turn around and fix the problem but charge the customer more money. So I decided to do something about it therefore Faithful Computers started.

So our Pledge to our customers is to fix it right the first time.

I recently bought a computer from a friend and when I got it home and set it up. I had drivers' conflicts, hardware issues so I was calling around and all I was getting that we charge 95 dollars an hour and depending on the issues would have been charged up the wall. So I got on Craigslist and started to search and I ran across Faithful Computers ad. So I called Phillip which is the owner and ask him what he charges and when I brought him the computer within two hours he called me up at home and said come and picks it up. It turns out that the drivers where out dated and a simple loading of the new ones fixed the issue. I will recommend him to anyone that will listen! SCOTT

I recently bought a computer from Faithful Computers. I thought when I brought it home I would have to load software on it but when I fired it up I found it had programs I would of never thought I would used install my Daughter wanted to watch a DVD movie and when I load it into my DVD Drive it load right a way and I thought I would have to buy a program to watch it but it already had Cyber link Power DVD which is a fifty dollar software which I didn't have to pay for. So if you buy a computer or a part it comes with the quality you deserve. PRESTON
